PE Lined FIBC is composed of outer polypropylene (PP) woven fabric and inner polyethylene (PE) film, which are compounded through heat sealing or gluing processes. It combines the high strength of PP with the excellent barrier properties of PE.
-
Outer layer: PP woven fabric, which is tensile-resistant and impact-resistant, with a load-bearing capacity of 500-3000kg, meeting transportation needs of different specifications.
-
Inner layer: PE film (usually 80-200μm in thickness), which is seamlessly attached to the woven fabric to form a fully enclosed lining, effectively blocking moisture, dust and chemicals.
-
Accessories: Top discharge port / bottom discharge port, lifting rings, antistatic coating (optional), etc., compatible with automatic loading and unloading equipment.
-
Compared with ordinary FIBC, PE Lined FIBC solves the pain points of traditional packaging such as material moisture absorption and caking in humid environments, and chemical penetration and leakage through "dual-material collaborative protection". It is an ideal carrier for high-value and perishable materials.
